Nowadays, people just don’t care of how other people think or feel but they would always care of how he, himself, feels or thinks. Sometimes I just can’t help thinking, that in no time, insensitivity would make our world run in a full cycle for people nowadays are pretty much very insensitive. Even with some little things in life, others just couldn’t give a little damn care about it.
I have known somebody saying that the one and only way for our minds to be better is through our hearts. Sometimes, I just don’t know if people still believe in this saying because I don’t think they could even believe into something where they could really put their faith on that thing without fear. Simply, I really just don’t think nowadays that faith still exists in some other people’s lives.
Blessed are we, having been given a life by the Supreme One, for we have tasted of how sweet and depressing life could be depending on how we modify this gift, this life. Nowadays, some people just don’t believe in luck. I don’t know if they do thought of how lucky they were for having been born in this world, for having been given a mission to be accomplished, for having been chosen among the rest to give all their best in facing all the challenges and responsibilities ahead of each and every one of us.
Nowadays, we are always at war. Fighting not of oppression, tyranny, injustices, poverty, or even the luscious freedom but we are fighting for the societal disease called Indifference. A lot of times we could even make ourselves be in the place of nowhere because of having this disease within us, for it thus create a crisis that none has ever solved. A crisis that would suck even the little things we have in our life… a crisis that would separate the inseparable… a crisis that would defeat the invincible… a crisis that doesn’t have any remedy or cure, not even prevention.
Nowadays, some people just don’t know who they really are. They have lost whatever is theirs. They have nothing to gain… nothing to receive… for there is really no one in this universe who have learned how to give. I myself have lost track of where I have been and I don’t even know where I am heading. I know we people do have a very little time in this very little world yet still we let ourselves to be lost and making our pride rule in our everyday life.
People nowadays are more into the “show”. We prefer what would be fashionable not what should be righteous and just to all. We prefer more what we see and feel physiologically rather than imparting integrity and humility within ourselves. Simply, nowadays we prefer the things that are pleasing to our eyes and not minding the things that pleases our hearts, which is the most important thing.
I know a lot of people handle their life in a very tight grip and I know that some are really troubled and these troubles are really making every little sanity, that’s left in their life hanging, to deteriorate in no time. I just don’t think that being troubled or being weary is an excuse of not making your life better as time and chances passes by.
I have nothing special in my life to be proud of but I have one thing that would make every inch of my life to be better somehow and that is my… heart, a heart where true love exists, a heart where no one would be down, a heart that could endure things, a heart that sets freedom and peace, a heart that can always swallowed up our pride, a heart given by God for me to have faith and letting His will to be my one and only option in everything.
God will never leave us empty even if we feel like nothing is going out of us…
God will never punish us no matter how burdensome to Him our sins and failures are…
God will never leave us alone no matter how shameful and painful are the things we kept on doing…
God will never set us in jail no matter how ungrateful and mischievous our deeds are to Him…
God will never judge us according to our economic and societal status as individuals but rather through our sprit and its willingness to acknowledge Him as our redeemer…
God will never betray us in the brink of pain or death. He will in fact become our only shield and guide us and point us away from silly and evil things…
God won’t defy us beyond our capacities and abilities. He won’t even dare us to change radically beyond our own free will…
God will always be amazingly in love with us…
Because we’re His own masterpiece…
We’re His children…
We’re the very reason why everything was made…
That’s why I’m confident enough to say that God won’t ever… ever change…
All things in the face of the Earth will change and die…
Yet God’s heart won’t…
His heart will be the only thing left unchanged…
No matter what the season…
No matter what the reason…
And surely, God won’t die…
And so His love for all of us.
I believe in the Sun even if it doesn’t shine
I believe in the Wind even if I don’t know where it came
I believe in Common Good even if I’m too greedy
I believe in Righteousness even if I’m not perfect
I believe in Success even if I always fail
I believe in Life even if my Death is inevitable
I believe in Justice even if life is unfair
I believe in Hope even if I’m too unfaithful
I believe in Peace even if our world is always at war
I believe in Joy even if my life is too complex and miserable
I believe in Freedom even if I’m not too respectful of others
I believe in Charity even if we’re in scarcity
I believe in Change even if we don’t want to
I believe in Love even if I don’t feel it
I believe in God even if I don’t hear Him speak
